Background & Experience
|
His expertise ranges from marketing office and industrial properties to representing tenants. His market knowledge and abilities in concluding agreements have brought him a great deal of respect. He has developed wide-ranging contacts in the field of commercial real estate brokerage with agents, developers, investors, and clients of local, national and international companies. In an industry where results speak for themselves, Paul-Éric has sold or leased more than ten million square feet of space with a total value of over $300 million. He was the Top Performer for the Montreal NAI Commercial office in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 and also the member of the Top 10 in Canada (ranked second) in 2007, 2008 and again in 2009.
Paul-Éric started his career with Royal LePage in 1990, where he soon was recognized as one of the top agents in the industrial division, thanks to his exceptionally high sales volume (he won the President’s Round Table award for the highest sales volume and sales targets for 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1995).
In 1997, he obtained a mandate to develop the industrial sales and leasing division for institutional landlords. There, he succeeded in obtaining the portfolio of GE Capital, a considerable mandate consisting of more than 2,400,000 square feet of office and industrial space spread over 25 properties. Under Paul-Éric’s stewardship, the occupation rate rose from 23-76% to 97%.
