C’est en 2008 qu’Anne-Marie a complété son cours d’agent immobilier et s’est jointe à l’équipe d’investissement de NAI Commercial.
Avant de rejoindre les rangs de NAI de façon permanente, Anne-Marie a d’abord fait ses preuves. En effet, à l’été 2007, elle a été choisie pour accomplir un stage au sein de l’équipe corporative de NAI Global au bureau de NAI à New York. Son rôle d’adjointe au chef de la direction des solutions globales s’est avéré une excellente école pour mettre à l’épreuve et parfaire ses connaissances en administration des affaires. Durant cette période, elle a notamment suivi une
formation sur la technologie REALTrac en plus de se bâtir un réseau de contacts international.
Parallèlement à son insertion sur le marché du travail, Anne-Marie termine actuellement son B.A.A. à HEC Montréal et se spécialise en commerce international. Au-delà de ses compétences techniques, la personnalité dynamique et l’entregent d’Anne-Marie sont appréciés par ses collègues et par les clients de NAI.
Son intérêt pour le développement des affaires l’incite à participer à des évènements touchant l’immobilier comme le Mipim 2009 à Cannes, en France, ainsi que la convention annuelle de NAI Global à Las Vegas en 2008.

Anne-Marie completed her real estate agent’s course in 2008, at which time she joined the NAI Commercial investment team.
Before starting at NAI full-time, Anne-Marie demonstrated her worth by successfully completing a summer traineeship in 2007 with NAI Global’s corporate team at the New York office. Her position as assistant to the CEO, Global Solutions,
provided an excellent proving ground as it tested her skills and allowed her to improve her understanding of business administration. In particular during this period, Anne-Marie completed a training program on REALTrac technology and
also developed a useful network of international contacts.
At the same time as she is entering the workforce, Anne-Marie is currently finishing a BAA at the HEC in Montréal, specializing in international commerce. Over and above her technical skills, Anne-Marie’s engaging and dynamic personality is greatly appreciated by both her colleagues at NAI and its clientele.
Anne-Marie’s interest in business development has led her to participate in real estate-related events such as MIPIM 2009, held in Cannes, France, as well as the NAI Global 2008 Convention held in Las Vegas. |
